1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or customer support team.
- Full or partial payment must be completed to confirm a booking.
- We accept digital payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
2. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the journey to be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Usage of Vehicle
- The vehicle is to be used only for the itinerary agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any additional hours or distance may incur extra charges.
- Passengers must maintain cleanliness and discipline during travel.
4. Driver & Conduct
- All our drivers are experienced and trained to provide safe and courteous service.
- Any misbehavior with the driver or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate cancellation of service without refund.
5. Liability
- Tempo Traveller Hire India is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
6. Changes to Itinerary
- Any changes to the travel plan must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and approval.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
